1. Download the Remote Support software - Right-click on the image below and choose 'open link in new tab' or 'open in new tab':



  2. The download should start automatically, keep your eyes open on the bottom bar of your browser. You can also find the file in your default downloads folder.


  3. Click 'Run' to launch the software. There may be a pause of up to two minutes where nothing seems to happen but be patient

  4. If you get a security message, click Allow/Yes to enable the software to install on your machine

  5. You will be prompted to accept Flummoxed's terms and conditions, click Accept

  6. You will then see the Remote Support application window. In the name field, delete the contents, enter your name and press the Return key on your keyboard.

  7. Your computer will then be visible to us. When the technician informs you that they can see your machine, they will send a connection request. A message will appear on your screen asking for permission to access your machine. You must accept the connection request to enable us to connect.
